Bimatoprost for Hair Loss - Careprost Bimatoprost Eye Solution - 3mL Bottle 6 bottles - Eyelash Grower

Bimatoprost for Hair Loss - Careprost Bimatoprost Eye Solution - 3mL Bottle 6 bottles - Eyelash Grower: A recent study has shown that bimatoprost, a key ingredient in Lumigan eye drops, which are used to treat glaucoma, could help for a number of different hair loss conditions. Bimatoprost for Hair Loss - Careprost Bimatoprost Eye Solution - 3mL Bottle 6 bottles - Eyelash Grower has previously been known to stimulate the growth of eyelashes, but new trials are now being conducted in the hope that it will have a similar effect on the growth of hair on the scalp.

Findings from the initial laboratory research, which were published in the FASEB journal from the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology, showed that when the drug was tested on living scalp tissue, follicles treated with bimatoprost grew a third more hair than untreated tissue in the space of just nine days.
Bimatoprost for Hair Loss - Careprost Bimatoprost Eye Solution - 3mL Bottle 6 bottles - Eyelash Grower is known to stimulate eyelash growth and is already used clinically for this purpose. We wanted to see whether it would have the same effect on scalp hair, as the two types of follicle are very different.”

“Our findings show that Bimatoprost for Hair Loss - Careprost Bimatoprost Eye Solution - 3mL Bottle 6 bottles - Eyelash Grower does stimulate growth in human scalp hair follicles and therefore could offer a new approach for treating hair loss disorders…so long as the drug can be applied in such a way that it can reach the follicle, it should stimulate hair growth in patients.”

If the next set of tests proves as successful as the first, bimatoprost may be marketed as a hair loss treatment in the not so distant future. Elena Koleva, Dermatologist at The Belgravia Centre, commented on the development; “we tend to hear news of a new treatment for hair loss in the pipeline once or twice every few months. If this particular study is accurate then we could have a new effective treatment available in the next few years, but this depends on a number of things including dose and user tolerance when the product is applied topically. I do however wonder if this product would be more effective than the treatments that are already available such as minoxidil or finasteride, which are themselves very effective hair loss treatments.”

For the thousands of men and women across the world and beyond who are experiencing symptoms of hair loss now, a wait of any length of time may seem too long.
